Rental towels are available for guests.
The rental fee is 220 yen per towel (tax included).
Please inquire at the front desk when you wish to rent one.

Yes,we will carefully store your luggage until you check in.
When shipping your luggage in advance, please be sure to clearly indicate the name of the reservation holder and the check-in date on the package.Also, kindly inform the hotel in advance once the shipment has been made.

Yes, we can call the local post office or home delivery agency to pick up your luggage. If you do so, please bring it until a day before you check out.

You will be charged 20% of your reservation price if you cancel the 7days before, 30% will be charged the 3days before of your reservation, 50% will be charged the day before of your reservation, 100% will be charged the day of your reservation, and 100% will be charged if you do not show up at the hotel.

There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel.
However, you will find a 24-hour FamilyMart about 10 minutes away by car, and a large supermarket called Kanehide approximately 15 minutes away by car (open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight).Additionally, there are a few small local shops on the neighboring Heian Island, about 5 minutes away by car.
